A. DO NOT SPAM. No one likes spam.

B. KEEP IT LEGAL... All of our content is legal, so should all of yours. This means no Warez, no MP3, no child porn, no bestiality. If you think that it might be a gray area, do not do it.

We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, without notification. If this does happen you will be notified and the balance owed will be paid you. This of course will not happen in cases where it has come to our attention you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way. YOU SIMPLY WILL NOT BE PAID.

No Cheating. Simple concept, but it must be stated. No using of robots, scripts or any other method to artificially generates hits or sales. As you will be paid by signups, any such abuse will be considered Fraud. This is a felony.

You may link to us however you wish. Experience shows us that honesty is the best policy when it comes down to sales. Be creative, be funny and keep it real!

You may not use our banners or any other of our promotional materials as an entrance requirement to enter another section of your site or someone else's site.

Due to rampant abuse we will not accept Webmasters from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia. If you feel you are an acceptation to the rule, do feel free to email us with references.

Upon termination of this agreement - your request, or ours - all materials related to the promotion of our sites must be removed from your site. This includes, but is not limited to, banners, page ads, images and links.

In cases of disagreement, our (CCBill's) files and stats will prevail.

C. All Jizz4u.com and/or Jizz4u.tv banners must include your affiliate code.

D. Affiliates cannot use a Jizz4u.com and/or Jizz4u.tv banner or logo for any other purpose other than to link directly to Jizz4u.com and/or Jizz4u.tv.
